About the Role:

Contributes to the strategic development and execution of promotional HCP initiatives and disease education of INGREZZA for tardive dyskinesia and Huntington's Disease chorea activities. Will assist with the design and optimization of HCP campaigns, materials and programs through digital, print, and video, as needed. Key responsibilities include: deliver HCP messaging and tactics consistent with brand strategy, agency/vendor management, stay within budget, and collaborate effectively with internal partners.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Utilizes HCP and marketplace insights to help contribute to the strategic development and execution of HCP initiatives.

  • Responsible for supporting the delivery and execution of HCP messaging and campaigns, including:

    • core HCP messaging and execution

    • overarching brand and unbranded HCP campaign management & execution

  • Develops and executes promotional campaigns and tactics to drive increased brand awareness and adoption, which may include print and digital rep materials, professional conference collateral and other advertising materials. Coordinates with internal groups (Corporate Communications, medical, and brand team) on HCP-related promotional activities to ensure strategic alignment across all stakeholders

  • Manages day-to-day activities of brand agencies and other business partners for projects related to HCP initiatives

  • Assists HCP digital marketing team in development, execution and alignment of non-personal promotional and other digital assets as needed

  • Assess the effectiveness of promotional campaigns through partnering with marketing analytics colleagues and suggesting improvements

  • Coordinates with Sales Training to facilitate effective product training and enhance sales representatives' ability to execute brand strategy and core messaging

  • May support conference related execution including strategic selection of conferences to support, booth support including staffing, and advertising as needed

  • Serves as point of contact for field sales to collect feedback and insights to support the broader brand, including regular meetings to gain field feedback

  • Manage HCP agency partner budgets and ensuring alignment on planned annual spend; works with finance/accounting counterparts on monthly/quarterly accruals

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Travel is required up to 25% within the US

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in marketing or life sciences and 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical product marketing, sales or pharmaceutical advertising agency. Experience in managing advertising Agency of Record activities. Experience in CNS and/or psychiatry is a plus OR

  • MBA preferred and 4+ years of similar experience noted above OR

  • PharmD or PhD and 1+ years of similar experience noted above

  • Rare disease experience to support Huntington's Disease chorea efforts is desired

  • Launching a new product or indication is desired

  • Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements

  • Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge

  • Considered an expert within the company and may have an external presence in the area of expertise

  • Applies in-depth expertise in the discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve the efficiency of the team

  • Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams

  • Good leadership, mentoring skills and abilities typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent listening, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $127,500.00-$184,800.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 30% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
