Job Summary: The Sr Manager of Digital Strategy and Execution is responsible for leading the development and execution of digital strategies that drive business growth, operational efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience. The role involves close partnership with the Digital Leadership Team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data trends, develop actions plans, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical rigor, digital strategy expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to align stakeholders towards common objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Metrics & Performance:
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the digital business, moving the team from gathering data to recommending actions.
Dive deep into both areas of strength and opportunity, combining data sources to provide a holistic view of accelerating areas of strength and closing current gaps.
Use data-driven insights to continuously improve digital strategies and make informed recommendations for future initiatives.
Digital Strategy Development:
Partner with the VP, Digital, to create comprehensive digital strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals.
Define key digital initiatives and track progress against them.
Lead internal processes and meetings ensuring the right communications reach the right audiences driving an energized team.
Execution & Project Management:
Oversee the execution of digital projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Utilize project management methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure milestones are achieved.
Partner with internal teams (IT, marketing, product development, operations) to coordinate and implement digital initiatives.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with senior leadership and business unit heads to gather insights, align digital initiatives with business priorities, and drive adoption.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Digital Transformation Enablement:
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and customer experience enhancement through digital tools and technologies.
Evaluate and implement emerging trends and technologies (AI, machine learning, RPA, etc.) that can drive innovation and create a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, information technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in operations, analytics, digital transformation, or strategy consulting, with a focus on digital or technological solutions.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of analytical tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, or retail.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
$139,400.00 - $209,100.00/ year
