Essential Job Functions:

The partner must be able to perform all of the following duties and responsibilities with or without a reasonable accommodation:

  • Responsible for identifying and analyzing project opportunities; mitigating, accepting or eliminating project risks; determining project execution approach (e.g., Agile, traditional, hybrid); developing and reviewing project scope and timelines; preparing and reviewing time and resource estimates; facilitating project meetings, directing and coordinating activities of project personnel, and developing and distributing project and financial reports.

  • Develops and implements recommendations to improve technology project management policies, guidelines, techniques, practices, standards.

  • Confers with project personnel to identify and coordinate problem resolution.

  • Responsible for ensuring that information technology project management activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.

  • Negotiates, coordinates, signs and maintains contracts with third-party information technology project management service providers (e.g., contractors, vendors).

  • Provides supervision to assigned staff including activities such as hiring, counseling, guiding, training and delivery of disciplinary processes as required. Provides training and guidance and assigns tasks to contractors; provides performance feedback on contractors.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.

  • 5 years as a Scrum Master or an Agile project manager for a software development team.

  • 5 years of traditional project management experience.

  • 2 years of experience managing information technology projects.

  • 2 years of experience configuring Jira and/or Trello project management software.

The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
