Duty/Responsibility

Assist with marketing efforts for the Departments, to include: 
•Assist with development and implementation marketing plan to promote, educate, and cultivate interest in the programs, services and facilities offered by Campus Recreation and Memorial Union. 
•Maintain Wildcat Link database of student organizations, campus departments, and events. 
•Maintain, evaluate, and improve departments’ websites. 
•Maintain departments’ social media sites on a daily basis using Hootsuite. 
•Serve as representative at health fairs, resource tables, public speaking, orientation sessions, and other similar activities. 
•Develop videos, blogs, and other tools as part of the marketing plan.

Duty/Responsibility

Coordinate development plan for the Departments, to include: 
•Assist with annual giving campaign for the Departments. 
•Assist with coordinate sponsorship program for the department to include in-kind donations and sponsorship sales.

Duty/Responsibility

Additional administrative duties include: 
•Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of the department. 
•Maximize use of resources including funding, personnel, facilities, and time. 
•Serve on Campus Recreation, Memorial Union and university committees. 
•Provide leadership and direction in the development of short and long range plans. 
•Gather, interpret, and prepare data for studies, reports, and recommendations. 
•Participate in professional development opportunities to remain on the forefront of the field. 
•Other duties as assigned.
