The Department of Management at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor of Management for the Spring 2025 semester beginning January 27th 2025. This position is to teach Career Planning.

• Master’s degree in business administration, management, human resources, counseling, or a related degree. 
• One or more years of demonstrated university teaching experience, either full-time or part-time.
• Demonstrated ability to teach a diverse student body. 
• Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required. 

• Doctoral degree in business administration, management, human resources, counseling, or a related degree. 
• Three or more years of demonstrated university teaching experience, either full-time or part-time.
