MSE is seeking a part-time accounting professional with working knowledge of college/university finance and accounting systems. This role will complete routine accounting procedures.

Duties include, but are not limited to, processing the following:

  • Journal Vouchers
  • Project Modification Requests (PMRs) for budget modifications
  • Subawards
  • No Cost Extensions (NCE), etc
  • Salary redistributions and closeouts




Minimum Experience/Education

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting work; or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Strong preference for candidates with knowledge of WolfPack Reporting Systems
  • Working knowledge of college/university finance and accounting systems and routine accounting tasks
