At Teradata, we are seeking an agile and motivated team member to support and scale our analyst relations program. This role will focus on improving Teradata's relationships with industry analysts and other influencers. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of analyst relations, content creation, and internal collaboration, and will be passionate about building and maintaining effective communications.
What You'll Do
- Help us scale our analyst relations program, including creating a consistent stream of updates and briefings to keep analysts informed and engaged.
- Develop and manage a system for tracking key projects, monthly Share of Voice reporting, and other metrics to measure our effectiveness.
- Maintain and manage internal resources, including a team site, project management software, ARchitect, and other tools to share knowledge across teams.
- Liaise with the Marketing team (e.g., Social, Demand Generation, Content, PR, Brand teams) to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
- Build and manage relationships with key industry analysts to drive positive coverage and position Teradata as a leader in the market.
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and events, ensuring effective speaker preparation and timely follow-up.
- Define a communications cadence and feedback loop to ensure the dissemination of analyst and influencer insights from engagements and research is shared with the right stakeholders at the right time.
- Build and oversee the execution of the global influencer marketing strategy, scaling our efforts beyond traditional analysts to other types of influencers in the enterprise buying cycle.
- Research and identify global influencers, industry experts, independent analysts, and thought leaders who align with our target audiences and brand values.
Who You'll Work With
You will report to the Global Head of Analyst & Influencer Marketing.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in analyst relations, marketing, or a related field in a B2B environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ARchitect, Seismic, Trello, and Microsoft Excel preferred.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Executive teams, to support analyst engagement efforts.
- Analytical mindset, able to gather, track, and report on key metrics to measure program success.
- Ability to learn and articulate Teradata's products and its place in the technology ecosystem.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
Pay Rate: $47,600.00- $59,500.00 - $71,400.00 Annually
