KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Lead Partner Elevation and Partner Enablement to join our Clients and Markets organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to develop and evolve a holistic Lead Partner professional development journey, comprised of training and learning initiatives as well as coaching and development opportunities that target Lead Partners at varying levels of development need and maturity
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to serve as a primary business stakeholder and subject matter expert, on content for various training programs, learning initiatives and skill-building assets, designed to enhance the effectiveness of Lead Partners and other professionals in their role, go-to-market activities and achievement of their market ambitions
- Contribute to content review and curation that Learning and Development will use to build 'learning paths' for Lead Partners and other professionals that define personalized learning journeys based on role-focused go-to-market competencies and development needs
- Help to ensure optimal application of effective organizational behavior and change management practices (beyond training), in line with broader business needs and objectives, to reinforce training, activate role-relevant knowledge and optimize behaviors
- Oversee and contribute to the development of non-training assets such as web assets, role-enabling content, communications, coaching programs, community activities, rewards and recognition initiations, and more, aimed at ensuring the go-to-market success of current and future Lead Partners, and other firm professionals
- Conduct ongoing assessment of enablement gaps to inform development of new enablement initiatives and assets, and improvements in the current suite of enablers as well as quality execution against Lead Partner Elevation objectives, and for continuous program improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum fifteen years of recent progressive business experience with strong knowledge of go to market/business development/sales initiatives and capabilities; experience with the creation and implementation of training, development and enablement programs in a professional services environment strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, communications, marketing, or another related discipline; Master of Business Administration is a strong plus
- Highly creative and strategic, while comfortable bringing and executing innovative ideas and approaches; translate strategy into specific program elements and tactics
- Experience managing individual and teams; helps others to grow, and succeed; motivates, inspires, engages, recognizes and celebrates great performance; holds oneself and others accountable for measurable quality, timely and cost-effective results and seeks as well as takes personal accountability for continual process or program improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment dealing with executive-level decision makers and critical business issues; manage multiple simultaneous priorities, and execute highly complex projects and programs involving multiple leaders, and constituents, all with efficiency as well as excellence
- Strong leader, comfortable making decisions based on complex information and uncertainty; excellent writing and communication skills
