Your Role

The Enterprise Learning Corporate Stakeholder team works as a liaison between IT, Law, Finance, and People and Engagement stakeholders and the Enterprise Learning team. The team's responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders on learning needs, providing guidance on skill development, partnering with the Enterprise Learning Development team to develop learning solutions for stakeholders, and reporting status and successes back to stakeholders. The Senior Learning Stakeholder Partner will report to the Senior Manager, IT Learning. In this role you will partner with the Law and Finance departments to help determine learning needs and consult on fulfilling solutions for those needs, lead learning development pods that include members of the Enterprise Learning development team and members of stakeholder groups, and lead development pods supporting annual Compliance training. You will also be expected to develop relationships with stakeholders and the Enterprise Learning development team by learning about the work they do, learning who to engage with depending on circumstance, and using active listening and other techniques to help ensure clear understanding of stakeholders' needs and developer expectations.

Your Work

In this role, you will:

  • Develop stakeholder relationships and work with manager to develop learning strategies
  • Be primary liaison for initial stakeholder learning requests and intake assessments, with continued stakeholder interaction
  • Analyze learning needs, build requirements, and create learning plans
  • Facilitate learning pods with developers and instructors to ensure successful delivery or implementation of stakeholder-requested learning solutions.
  • Manage Compliance mandate-driven learning projects with manager supervision.
  • Report on success of complex projects using data and analytics tools and techniques.
  • Partner with manager to drive identification and remediation of knowledge gaps that exist within business units that Enterprise Learning supports and across the Blue Shield enterprise as requested by supported business units
  • Collaborate with other learning stakeholder teams on consistent stakeholder engagement processes and best practices

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a college degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience inclusive of: adult classroom training leadership, instructional design and/or instructional development.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of job areas as described above typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Practical knowledge of project management is preferred

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is: $ 77990.00 to $ 116930.00 for California.

Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
