Service Delivery Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall Program Management : manage project execution, including resources, communications, meetings, project plans, project metrics, and project scope.
- Monitor and track the progress and report of the project to client stakeholders
- Risk and issue management and escalation and resolve any blockers to achieve successful delivery
- Change management process including identification, initiation, communication, and processing.
- Coordinate vulnerability management events, repaving and patching.
- Maintain a maintenance calendar across multiple Cloud applications inclusive of App and DB tier.
- Maintain contact list of developers to perform infrastructure management and maintenance events.
- Communicate across teams to coordinate repaving/patching/maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for automations/continuous process improvement/cost optimization
- Identify DR strategy of the applications and support their periodic testing

The annual salary for this position is between [$73,000] - [$116,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
