Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The Executive Assistant to the Vice President for the Office of Marketing and Communications provides executive level administrative support to the Vice President and department, ensuring efficient and effective management of the office. The Executive Assistant will maintain the calendar of the Vice President, serve as the gatekeeper for meeting requests and act as the primary contact for the Vice President while ensuring confidentiality.
This position will prepare meeting materials and agendas, other related correspondence, arrange technology support, manage event planning and logistics for departmental meetings and events. This position will coordinate all travel arrangements for the Vice President.
The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders, coordinates complex schedules, and oversees special projects as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing administrative support to senior level positions.

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.

Additional Information:
Salary range $92,000-$115,000.
