Center of Cultivating Parents is a Texas based non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization that is dedicated to helping restore adults, children and families from all race and ethnic backgrounds triumph over substance abuse, behavioral challenges, parental conflict, child abuse and preservation of the family. Through innovative programs and comprehensive services, it is our mission to provide an individualized service to each of our consumers and assist them with gaining a sense of dignity and self-respect; with positive goals in place to improve our community.

 

Job Title: HR Manager

 

Job Overview:
The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to develop a people-first culture that supports the organization’s strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, or conflicts.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and employee surveys to improve workplace culture.
- Identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

 

Health & Safety

- Ensure the organization maintains a safe and healthy work environment.

 

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, employee relations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

 

Job Type: Contract

 

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

 

Ability to Commute:

  • Dallas, TX 75244 (Required)

 

Work Location: In person
