Overview:
Currently, Brookdale’s College Success Department is seeking Adjunct Instructors for the upcoming fall semester to teach the College’s 1 credit First Year Seminar (HUDV 107) and 3 credit College Success Seminar (CSSC-105).

This orientation seminar, for students in their first semester, focuses on goal setting, values, engagement, career planning and overall adjustment to the college experience.

Faculty teaching this course are provided with a training session, and optional biweekly group mentoring sessions.

Responsibilities:
Provide instruction to students enrolled in the First Year Seminar (HUDV 107) orientation seminar and/or College Success Seminar (CSSC-105).

The College needs instructors for the morning and early afternoon. Sections of this course are taught in Lincroft as well as the Freehold, Wall, and Neptune.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Student Development, Social Work or closely related.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Monmouth County and its communities.
