Director, Online Learning
The WBDC is hiring for a Director, Online Learning. This role is based in Chicago. This full-time, exempt position reports to the Managing Director, Risk and Internal Operations.

The Role:
The Director, Online Learning is responsible for managing and enhancing online learning (e-learning) capabilities for the WBDC. This includes organizing existing media platforms, managing archives for learnings, and keeping our digital learning library current for client utilization. This role also works closely with all staff to support the WBDC?s strategic goals and planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Optimize operational efficiency and accessibility in client-facing technologies including learning management systems (LMS), online forms and surveys, and e-learning platforms.
- Evaluate and audit existing programs and offerings.
- Create new programs and offerings in an engaging online format, in collaboration with Program staff.
- Perform data entry, updates, and client database management within the WBDC?s various e-learning platforms.
- Support the promotion and consistent branding of WBDC?s e-learning offerings.
- Document current procedures, identify new process improvement opportunities, and create strategy for future e-learning at the Center.
- Represent the WBDC at trade shows and events through networking, presentations, and public speaking.
- Align with the WBDC?s overall strategic goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Litmos or other e-learning databases
- 5+ years of work experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor?s degree
- Passionate about women?s issues and economic development

The salary range for this position within the WBDC is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skillset.
