Alumni Seasonal Admissions Recruiter AY24_25

Summary of Position

The Alumni Seasonal Admissions Recruiter will work with the Admissions Office to recruit a dynamic class of law students. During the fall, the Recruiter will effectively and enthusiastically convey information to prospective applicants at on-and-off-campus recruiting events. They will be knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions that relate to the Law School’s academic programs, admission requirements, student life, and career services. The Recruiter will work with the Admissions Office to make their travel arrangements and document all expenses to submit for reimbursement. This position requires excellent communication skills in both group and individual settings; and the ability to travel extensively during recruiting season. This position requires weekend work/travel.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Recent UNH Franklin Pierce graduate, with extensive involvement in extracurricular or co-curricular activities, as well as residency/clinical experience while at UNH Law
2) Ability to effectively and enthusiastically communicate the distinctive strengths and benefits of a UNH Franklin Pierce legal education to multiple audiences: prospective students of different backgrounds, prelaw advisers, faculty members at undergraduate colleges, etc.
3) Ability and interest in traveling throughout the U.S. to represent UNH Franklin Pierce
4) Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills
5) Highly organized and student-centered
6) Ability to work independently and effectively manage one’s time
7) Prior Admission Ambassador experience preferred.

Salary Information

$20 per hour. No more than $2500 total for seasonal recruiting support.
