Job Summary
The Product Processing Associate position will be responsible for performing all essential functions related to antibody-fluorescence conjugation, including following SOPs and batch records and maintaining and analyzing lot histories.
The Product Processing Associate will be an integral member of a team that ensures the highest quality of our finalized antibody products.
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience with different types of conjugation chemistries and different chromatography methods to purify conjugated antibodies and offers the opportunity to work in small scale to large scale product projects and to learn to utilize the (Enterprise Resource Planning) ERP database to track production schedules and deadlines and to enter production results. This position will also perform troubleshooting of problematic products, including continuous improvement methodologies for efficiency.
Essential Functions

- Perform fluorescent dye conjugation in EZP product line or for customer conjugation service, purification and in process testing
- Complete production orders in a timely manner
- Follow SOPs and batch records
- Perform spectrophotometer, centrifugation, and column chromatography
- Use lab equipment such as balance, pipette, spectrophotometer, UV detector, agarose gel electrophoresis, and pH meter
- Using ERP and other databases to obtain information to support bulk processing activities
- Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines
- Clean and maintain work area, all lab equipment and supplies
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or other related area
- 1-2 years of relevant lab experience related to protein chemistry
Preferred Qualifications - Education and Experience
- Previous antibody conjugation skills and experience
- Previous ERP/MRP knowledge to execute production orders
- ISO 13485 knowledge
- Ability to perform column chromatography and the ability to use a spectrophotometer, UV detector, and fraction collector
The base salary range for this full-time position is $26.44-$30.41/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about thespecific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer. Occasional exposure to a warehouse environment.
