Description:
Participates in review, reporting and analysis of benefit programs and annual processes. Support projects which assess, develop or implement initiatives of the department and organization. Work with internal communications to develop and implement communications and resources for employees. Coordinate with relevant vendors. Coordinate with internal partners such as: HR Operations, HRIS and Benefits Team.
Provide assistance to HR staff and leaders concerning benefit plans and programs. Research and respond to questions and requests from HR colleagues, managers and employees on benefit programs; acting as an intradepartmental liaison between functions and operations in implementing benefits processes; consulting with HR staff and managers and provide guidance regarding issues; coordinating and participating in educational training and updates for HR team.
Assist with review and analysis of relevant metrics for ongoing measurement. Report out of relevant metrics. Participate in benefit surveys. Develop and maintain a database of survey results. Analyze healthcare claims, wellness and survey data and review recommendations with relevant team members. Provide related reports to staff and managers as appropriate. Analyze data and make recommendations related to problem areas and trends. Conduct research, analysis and provide appropriate reports related to CCHMC benefit programs and policies.
Participate in the review, implementation, testing and maintenance of systems and technology to support benefits processes.
Coordinate and participate in educational training and updates for Human Resources staff, managers and employees. Develop and maintain communications, including email and intranet, to educate on benefit programs. Assist with modification of manager and employee-facing communication vehicles like benefits portal, benefits materials, etc.
Expected Starting Salary Range: 26.42 - 32.71

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- 0 - 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline
