Human Resources Coordinator (Los Alamitos Office - Cancer and Blood Specialty Clinic)
SUMMARY:
The Cancer and Blood Specialty Clinic is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Los Alamitos office. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by assisting in various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for fostering a positive work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries, resolving employee concerns, and conducting investigations when necessary
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, ensuring effective delivery and tracking of training initiatives
- Assist with performance management activities, such as tracking performance evaluation and providing support to managers and employees
- Generate HR reports and analyze data to provide insights and support informed decision-making
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continually enhance HR processes
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Equivalent work experience will also be considered
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare of clinical setting
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS systems is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
