Chief Human Resources Officer Job Description

 


The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for developing the vision, mission and goals for human resources, in collaboration with other district leaders, to ensure Brunswick County Schools recruits, maintains, develops, recognizes and rewards a high quality workforce that can manage ongoing change successfully while meeting the diverse needs of students, parents and the community.

 

Position Available: March 1, 2024

 


Education: 
Master’s degree in Education Administration or related field

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of successful, increasingly responsible experience in personnel/school administration, including supervision
  • Other qualifications as the superintendent may find appropriate
  • Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of the requisite knowledge, skill and abilities.

Position receives an annual local supplement of $4,900.
