Position Summary/Purpose of Position:

The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Maryland, College Park invites applications for a full-time Lecturer to teach undergraduate courses in Chemistry & Biochemistry for the 2021/22 academic year. The departmental undergraduate program is responsible for the chemical and biochemical instruction of more than 6000 students annually. Candidates who are qualified to teach general chemistry and/or biochemistry are particularly sought. A Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry or a closely related discipline is required. Expected start date is August, 2021. This is a 9-month, non-tenured position with a full-time teaching assignment.
