Adjunct Faculty (DAY), School of Social Work, BSW Program
Job Description
Salem State University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach BSW courses. The program is seeking applicants with interest, social work practice experience, and experience teaching. Teaching assignments will depend upon the expertise of the candidate and needs of the program.
Work collaboratively with faculty, in a school with future-directed leadership and a collective focus on academic excellence, success of our students and faculty development.
This posting will be valid for three years to build a sufficient adjunct pool.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience with and demonstrated commitment to collaboration and collegiality
- Experience with and demonstrated commitment to teaching, supervision, and social work practice
Preferred Qualifications:
- College-level or graduate-level teaching experience
- Experience teaching a multicultural population
- Commitment to inclusion and diversity
